I have wanted to share this with you for almost 2 years. I laughed out loud when we passed this restaurant and I saw this word beautifully etched into the glass at this restaurant. Understand that most people here don’t speak English, and of those that do most wouldn’t necessarily know anatomical terms for chicken. On the other hand, they DO serve and eat gizzard here…wanna go out for supper with us??? J
