Sad, here it's December and a friend reminds me I have a blog. I think I ended up posting more of our events on Facebook instead of on here. I'm going to try to do a catch-up of our year with mostly pix and commentary for those who miss it!
January:
Spencer was sick for most of the time we were there, emerging the last day for a little time in the sand. He was running a fever, not sure why.
Katrina was not confident in the waves (they kind of "dump" right at the shore) so we brought a pool for her to play in on the beach.
FINALLY! My plumeria bush has blooms! I love the fragrance almost as much as I enjoy looking at them!
SO hot every day - my girls cooling off in a washtub outside.
February found us taking a break at a rustic beach/hotel - more like camping. We went with friends and it was a great time for the kids to hang out with their buddies.

Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches give us a break from all the rice! (Check out the indoor-outdoor carpet! Don't want to drop dinner on THAT sandy surface!)
