Before Tamara left, we decided that since she was likely getting married within the next year, that I should teach her some "skillz". I had also brined a pork belly and it was ready to smoke. We can't buy bacon here very easily (mostly not at all) so we decided to try to make it ourselves.

Watching some last-minute you-tubes and sharing some laughs to make up for the sadness in their hearts. It's so hard to say good-bye to the ones we love, not knowing when we'll see them again!
